You pay nothing while we build. Once your site is live you have seven days to use it with real customers. Your card is charged on day seven, then monthly. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
So your plan carries on without a gap after the free week. Nothing is charged until your site has been live for seven days, and we email you before the first charge.

Yes, from your portal. Cancel during the build or the free week and you pay nothing. After that, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, you keep your domain, and we export your site and content for you.
Yes. Launch includes one mailbox on your domain, like [email protected]. Read it in your inbox app or at mail.lodebridge.com. Grow includes three and Scale five.
Once a day we pull your latest 4- and 5-star Google reviews and keep the 10 newest ready to show. Your page never waits on Google, so it stays fast.
On Scale, calls and texts are answered by a receptionist trained on your business. It takes the details, books appointments, replies to texts, and sends you a summary. Scale includes 300 call minutes and 500 texts a month; heavier use is quoted.
On Grow and Scale, customers get a short message after their visit with a link to your Google review page, and one reminder if they haven't left a review. You choose the timing and the channel, and we reply to the reviews that come in.
Launch sets up your Google Business Profile once and covers technical SEO basics. Grow and Scale manage the profile every month and manage your local SEO, with a monthly report.
